A Nigerian man who goes by the name @classykinging on IG, has shared a shocking video of how two officials of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency LASEMA, treated his emergency call with levity while a robbery attack was happening in his neighborhood at Ogudu in Lagos state last night.
