Neymar and Cavani Finally Speaks on the Feud after Bayern Match Win

Prior to Paris Saint-Germain's 3-0 win over Bayern Munich on Wednesday night, much of the discussion around the Ligue 1 club centred on two players.

Edinson Cavani and €222m man Neymar have been engaged in a reported feud after the two argued on the pitch over who would take a penalty in the 2-0 win over Lyon.
Reports have suggested that Thiago Silva had to stop the pair from fighting in the dressing room, with Cavani reportedly fleeing the stadium straight after the match.
Then, there were rumours that the PSG hierarchy planned to offer the Uruguayan €1m bonus to hand over penalty duties to Neymar in order to keep the Brazilian happy.
However, Unai Emery's side rejected those claims and after the clear solidarity between the two players at the Parc des Princes last night, the French giants are probably correct.
After the game, Neymar spoke to the media and he finally opened up about the rumours of a rift between him and Cavani.

He used one of Donald Trump's famous phrases and labelled them 'fake news'.
NEYMAR SPEAKS TO THE MEDIA
His translated quotes read: "They invent lots of stories, they talk too much. They say things they do not know, try to get into our locker room and end up talking too much, things that do not exist. But anyway, it’s OK."
Well, that's cleared that up then, with the two South Americans starring against Bayern.
Both were on the score sheet and they even celebrated with each other, much to the delight of football lovers.
CAVANI SPEAKS

Cavani also moved to show his support for his PSG teammates after the match, suggesting that the atmosphere at the club was very positive.
"We are all different, we might all have different ways of living and seeing things," he explained to Mediaset Premium, perGoal.
"But when we are on the pitch, we have to all work together as if we're a family to go towards the same objective, which is for the team to win."

PSG's next game is against Bordeaux in Ligue 1 and despite Cavani and Neymar making up, the world is still waiting for Emery's side to be awarded a penalty.
