Two Strrippe& After being Caught
Residents of Igbo-Ukwu humiliated two alleged car thieves after they were caught while trying to snatch a
car in Anambra State.
They were caught after an attempt to steal the car failed.
The names of the two men remain unknown, but their hands were tied to their backs while they were forced to the ground.
